Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ward Industries F-364-AD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wesrern-Servo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wenglor-Sensoric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warner-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wesrern-Servo such as the bpus232 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HN22PA3 manufactured by Wenglor-Sensoric and we are pleased to be able to service most Wenglor-Sensoric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 161S by Manufacturer Warner-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Westinghouse Brand 7881C65G05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Welch-Allyn such as 48740 equipment made by Welch-Allyn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welch-Allyn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welch-Allyn" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7600448001 by Warner-Electric and 48740 spares by Welch-Allyn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 71103900 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Web-Break.
